With her unique background of career management and life management, Gabrielle partners with a broad range of organizations and individuals to successfully discover new solutions for professional staff development, personal leadership and organizational challenges they face.  She has strategic alliances with a number of consulting firms and collaborates with them in offering a cost-effective approach integrating consulting, assessments, coaching and training “in real time” at the place of business to empower others to find their solutions.

Gabrielle's academic educational background includes a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in education, administrative credential with the State of California and lifetime teaching credential in secondary education.  She is a graduate of Corporate Coach U.   She has practical senior level management experience as a director of career education in the county office of education, business management instructor at the university and community college levels, founder and board president of Women Entrepreneurs Institute (WEI), senior associate of Diane Foster & Associates, and  CEO of the Career Life Transitions Institute, a professional career management company.

Affiliated with Corporate Coach U (CCU), she trains people in the technology of coaching in the organizational environment, and is a certified coach facilitator of The Coaching Clinic, a CCU-licensed training program for managers and leaders. She has experience facilitating a monthly international teleforum for other licensed CC facilitators through CCU.   She is a certified toastmaster (CTM) and a member of the International Federation of Coaches (ICF). She is a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Women in Business (SVWB).
